Santa’s Grotto

Santa’s trusted reindeers (Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen & Rudolph) have guided Santa’s sleigh safely to Connswater to meet all of the wonderful children. Our customers safety is our top priority and we ask that you adhere to these rules in order to enjoy a safe Santa experience for all.

Santa’s Grotto Rules:

1. Please book the Grotto following the link on the Connswater website, www.connswater.co.uk You can book the full experience online and choose a time that suits you.

2. Once booking is confirmed it is your responsibility to make sure that you are at the Grotto 10 minutes before your allocated time slot. If you miss your booking we may be fully booked on that day and unable to accommodate you.

3. Please be patient, check in and queue in the designated area.

4. Please follow the instructions of Santa’s helpers at all times.

5. Please sanitise before entering and when leaving the grotto.

6. All adults should wear face coverings unless exempt.

7. You will sit in Santa’s Sleigh for a photograph and then be invited by Santa into his grotto.

8. There are allocated seats for the children to sit on and speak with Santa to hear if they have been naughty or nice.

9. Children will receive their gift and say goodbye to Santa.

10. Please exit the Grotto, and collect your prints from the desk on exit making sure to sanitise again.
